1. Construction Team Administrator
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced administrator to support the day-to-day activities of the Construction Team Leader. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the leader, manage projects and tasks, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the construction team.
Job Duties• Managing and coordinating projects, tasks, and initiatives aligned with the construction team leader's objectives • Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules. • Must have basic understanding of processes, systems in assigned job function, and reports generated by systems, while working toward expert understanding. • Maintains highest standards of security, handling confidential information on a daily basis • Developing and implementing efficient administrative processes and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness • Acting as a liaison between the construction team leaders and various stakeholders, including team members, leadership, expats and external partners • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and data as required. • Offering general office administration and support as needed.
Requirements• College degree preferred. • Fluent in Korean required, frequent communication with Executive support from Korea• 2+ years of executive support preferred• Hands on knowledge of Microsoft office specifically excel, PowerPoint preferred.• Attention to detail• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
2. FE Team Administrator
Job SummaryThe Administrator in FE Engineering supports the executive leaders and team members, including expatriates. The role provides logistical, systems, and office support, as well as other duties as assigned.
Job Duties
• Learns or possesses knowledge of departmental and organizational policies, practices, and procedures • Submit expense reports • Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office organization • Organize meeting schedules and maintain conference room reservations • Setup catering for various meetings • Support on-boarding new employees and expats (phone, desk, PC setup requests) • Distribute key documents to employees (mail, pay checks, etc.) • Setup travel arrangements as needed• Demonstrates high attention to detail and flexibility • Support the team member’s morale and work environment (employee engagement activities) • Completes other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Fluent in Korean required, frequent communication with Executive support from Korea
• Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Highly collaborative and flexible to adapt to changes in schedule and procedure
3. Infra Team Administrator
Job Summary
The Infra Team Administrator will provide administrative support to departments within the organization. This role carries a wide range of responsibilities and is designed to support teams while helping departments operate with excellence.The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work with a diverse set of leaders and individual contributors. This individual will be responsible for generating reports, performing data entry, providing purchasing assistance, and overall administrative support for the Infra Team Departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Developing and implementing efficient administrative processes and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
· Maintaining accurate records, reports, and data as required.· Offering general office administration and support as needed.
· Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while following through on issues in a timely manner.
· Coordinate onsite and offsite events for small and large groups.· Create and edit presentations, spreadsheets and other various documents.
· Effectively handle related activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements·
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience·
Bachelor’s Degree required.·
Fluent in Korean required, frequent communication with executive support in Korea· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners·
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
