[Job Description]
Looking for someone who can help me with industrial CRE lease and sales.
Involve working through an entire sales cycle from prospecting, sales and marketing, site selection, financial analysis, deal negotiations, legal review, and client follow up.
Could especially use help with Korean language skills because we are targeting Korean companies in Central Texas many of whom do business with Samsung.
However, this position is not only about Korean companies and we would be working on deals with various types of companies who may be U.S. or international companies.
The typical business operations of client companies would be something such as logistics and warehousing, construction services, or manufacturing.
[Time and Compensation]
Around 5 to 10 hours of work per week but can be very flexible.
Usually meet up with them once a week to review their work on the projects we are working on and give them instructions on next steps.
Interns are welcome to come in to our office to work but can work from home or wherever.
Pay would be $10 per hour. That isn’t all that much money but the money isn’t the real purpose.
My goal here is to provide an introduction for someone to be able to work on multi-million dollar industrial real estate projects.
