The Korean American Grassroots Conference (KAGC) is seeking an enrolled undergraduate student to serve as a part-time Digital Media Intern for the fall and winter semesters (Fall: June - August 2025 and Winter: August - January 2026). Those with entry or mid-level communication experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have excellent communication, digital, writing, and time management skills. Weekly Hours: 5 - 10 hours per week
3 portfolio samples required for submission (flyers, graphics, videos, etc..)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating social media posts across multiple platforms
Producing graphics and editing photos and videos
Identifying digital media trends to develop new marketing campaigns
Monitoring social media analytics to track growth and engagement
Providing insights on enhancing outreach to Korean American college youths
Qualifications:
Full-time enrollment in a university pursuing an undergraduate degree, or recent graduation within the last 12 months at the time of applying
Prior experience in strategic communication, graphic design, and video editing
Hands-on experience in social media management and content creation
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
Knowledge of Congress and the federal legislative process is a plus
Korean language proficiency is preferred but not required

This is an unpaid six-month internship that can be subject to extension. Upon completion of the internship, interns are eligible for guaranteed admission to the 2026 KAGC U Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C. and a secured placement for the 2026 KAGC U Summer Congressional Fellowship.
