Job Description: Tech Accelerator Intern/Program Manager (Korean-English Bilingual)

Korean startup students and founders to thrive and expand their businesses in the
dynamic landscape of the United States. Our intensive programs provide invaluable
mentorship, resources, and exposure to the US business ecosystem, enabling these
visionary entrepreneurs to reach their full potential.
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and driven intern/program manager to
join our team for a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our upcoming
program. As an integral part of our team, you will assist in orchestrating and
coordinating a comprehensive program that immerses 10-15 Korean founders in a
five-day journey of networking, learning, and business exploration in Austin and
Houston.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure the successful execution
of the accelerator program for Korean startup students and founders.
● Utilize your fluency in both Korean and English to communicate effectively with
participants, facilitators, and partners.
● Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of activities, including
visits to prominent tech facilities (e.g., Samsung), meetings with local officials,
and other engaging sessions that expose participants to the US business
environment.
● Coordinate logistical arrangements, including transportation, accommodations,
and schedules, to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all participants.
● Engage with participants to address questions, concerns, and facilitate their
integration into the program.
● Assist in collecting feedback and evaluations from participants to continuously
enhance the program's quality.
Qualifications:
● Fluency in both Korean and English is mandatory.
● Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and startups in their growth journey.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage program logistics
efficiently.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with participants
and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
● Enthusiasm for the tech and startup ecosystem, with an understanding of the
challenges and opportunities facing early-stage companies.
● Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a dynamic and international
environment.
● Currently enrolled in a relevant university program (business, technology,
entrepreneurship, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
Duration and Compensation:
● 3 weeks internship
● The program will run for 5 days in October (Oct 23 - Oct 27) in both Austin and
Houston which you will spend 8 hours a day with Korean founder team and us
visiting different accelerator / manufactory etc.
● Compensation for this role will total $2000
